Baking has been a passion of mine ever since I was big enough to fit a wooden spoon full of cookie dough into my mouth! I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts as well as Foodservice Entrepreneurship, and I have been working in the foodservice industry for over 20 years. Although I am currently a Culinary Instructor at a local vocational school, my true passion is cake decorating.
